Yogasana is a form of posture exercise whose roots lie in the ancient Indian yoga practices. These are done through pose known as 'asanas'. Vasisthasana is a side plank pose which focuses on body balancing thereby muscle strengthening. A right sided one is performed by shifting outside edge of right foot & putting emphasis on left side of the body.
